This review is by no means reflective of the plumber that came to install our dishwasher, replace a hose and replace the shut off to the dishwasher, he was great. 5 stars for the work completed.Low rating due to the lack of transparency when invoicing. The service took one hour however, I was billed for two. When I asked for an explanation I was told an additional hour was added for travel as they needed to collect the materials. I have concerns around how many clients are billed a full hour for supply pick-up in the run of a week/month. I can't imagine it is efficient or common practice to gather supplies immediately beforehand and/or individually for each project.

I was extremely happy with their service. I had no heat in the basement and Lloyd, the owner, was able to fit me in just before before the holidays. As he was trouble-shooting he explained everything, something I really appreciated. He found the problem and I no longer had to wear a coat in my house.I highly recommend MacGregor Brown. Thank you!

Best plumbing company around. Called and they got someone sent out quickly. Plumber was very nice and unclogged my drain and cleaned up very efficiently. Would and WILL definitely recommend!

Their service during an emergency when one of our pipes froze was excellent. The plumber quickly located the problem area and thawed it. He took the time to show me how to rearrange the insulation near the pipe so it won't happen again. We have used this company for the past fifteen years and have always had great service.

My mother is having work done in her condo. Mark was the person in charge and I cannot say enough about how patient and respectful heis with the elderly. Day 1 everything was immaculate and so well cleaned after they left . Extremely impressed!

They charge u for the plumber travel as well. They also added sometime to the repair as well. The receptionist is very pushy and rude. The plumber removed his mask while working. Overall, I would get another company.

Over all a great experience! called 2 hours ago to see if someone could come and fix our toilet for today or tomorrow. They had someone here in less then an hour, and had everything fixed with in 30 min. Definitely will be calling back in the future if anything else seems to come up!! Hands down the best in the business! Efficient, friendly and knowledgeable, quick response. They do not overcharge. I’ve been getting them for years and they’re the only one I ever recommend

Prompt excellent service and communication from service person. Pricing is outrageous. Charged for more time than took to do job. All plumbers do. Customers need to shop around find someone they can trust to price for actual time spent. Good luck
