What a joke this guy is!! I don't understand how he is still in business. Rudest person that I ever to deal with. Plus he gave us a very low appraisal with comparison that didn't match my house, we had to go with another company. I would NOT recommend him to anyone.

The appraiser came to our house last summer (2020) to give the actual and future value of the house. He was ok. NOT FRIENDLY. He since came twice to the house to inspect the progress of our renovations and he is definitely working for the bank and NOT helping the borrower. He is NOT FRIENDLY,,, not willing to explain how the pourcentage works and what steps of the construction is worth what.I do not recommend and will never use his service ever.

Had an appraisal and he is not friendly at all. Appraisal value compared to places that are dumps. I do not recommend this appraiser.

I would not recommend Paul Babineau to anyone. We got the worse customer service experience ever, he was so arrogant and rude.

Wow! I can't thank Michel and his team enough for the fantastic service. This was a really complicated appraisal that no other appraisers wanted to touch. The on site appraisal followed by a thorough emailed copy was in my hands within 1 week. Excellent service 10/10.

ARA - Babineau Appraisals
This is the worse company ever. He's rude and his appraisal was not good at all. He compared my fully renovated houses with 4 acres of land with houses with 1 acre of land, less square feet and dumps!!! I do not recommend him or his company. They should be audited and his business closed down!
