Twice now, Travis & his staff have come to our rescue. We went there because they come highly recommended by Val & Don. Both times,Travis was kind enough to squeeze us in. Today we needed help with our tire pressure. Travis not only squeezed us in, he also didn't charge us. We value that the shop is BCAA approved. IfTravis was all about money, he could have charged for the time spent to help us. Thank you, Travis & staff for being there for us. We value your customer service.

Had continuing problems with air conditioner, Travis the owner, fixed it all up and good to go. Weeks later gave company van complete tune up, runs like brand new. We are local in the area, great guy, highly recommended!!

I am editing my 5star review to 1 because I found out that they did not install my break correctly and I had to take it to repair shop again. The pin in the break was hanging loose and is making noises again.

Had my car towed there as it was suggested by BCAA roadside assist. The shop quoted me $760.55 on 1 front wheel bearing, 2 brake calipers, brake fluid + shop time. When I asked for the breakdown of cost of parts and shop time, the wheel bearing was $314, calipers at $56/ea, $14 for brake fluid + 1.5 - 2 hours of shop time at $90/hr which totals either $644 or $694. How they magically added an extra $65 - $115 to the quote beats me. I told them to take my car off the hoist and that I'd be by to pick it up that afternoon. He called back within 20 minutes, giving me a lower quote of $515 for the replacement of the wheel bearing and let me know they'd save the calipers. I declined his offer as my regular mechanic quoted me $340 for the entire job. When speaking with Carl, I was informed that I would be charged $63 + taxes for their 'labor' (putting car on hoist, barely looking at it). When my partner went to pay, they overcharged her. If you've got money to burn and want to be talked down to, go to Red Line.

Took vehicle for alignment after colleague recommended this shop to me. Was shown the camber was out of spec on one side only. The vehicle has no adjustments for camber. They said I would require parts to adjust it. They did not offer to fix it. They aligned best they could and I paid. Later I discovered the lower ball joint on that side to be bad causing the camber to be out. I changed it myself and went back to the shop 4 days later to ask about a deal on a 2nd alignment. He would not budge on the price and wanted to charge full price again. Why did it take the customer to diagnose the problem? That's the shop's job. A good shop would inspect the ball joints first before the alignment and not proceed before repaired... Or do 2nd alignment at no charge or max 50% rate. Its just a labour charge. And the vehicle is already 90% aligned already. Poor customer appreciation. Feel like he just wanted my money. Didn't care I was going elsewhere to get it fixed. Won't ever go back or recommend.
