I took my Janome Memory Craft 6500P to Sewing Machine Services as it was skipping stitches. I had the pleasure of dealing with service technician, Danny. Within a minute, he was able to diagnose the problem. The final price was as estimated and turn around time was exceptional. He is very personable and certainly knows sewing machines! He was very patient, understanding and even answered my questions, all while troubleshooting my machine. As an added plus, he gave me numerous tips to maximize machine performance. I will definitely be coming here annually to have my machine serviced. Many thanks Danny, you're the best!!
