I got a couple of samples, picked one that I liked, and purchased 7.58L of it. When I painted the color on my wall, I realized it is completely different from the sample that I got. I went back to the store, and they said there must have been some mix up with the samples, they are not sure what sample colour I got, but they can remix the paint I got to match it. So they remixed it, but when I tried it on my wall, it is another completely different color! Now I am stuck with a color that I absolutely hate b/c they said I can’t return the paint I got and they bear no responsibility if the actual paint is different from the sample… What is the purpose of me spending money to get samples if they can just give me whatever color they feel like!

Had an amazing experience with colour consultant Kristie. She is the BEST. She was helpful and patient while helping me to decide on a colour for my living room, dining room and upstairs hallway. She went the extra mile and created the perfect custom colour that I absolutely love. Highly recommend.
