Store clerk was very kind, helped me find the base plate i was needing to find for months in seconds, has a large selection of gunpla and other models. Very satisfied with my visit there. Will go back again when i have the time :D

Ran into an elderly but super friendly cashier, he was lovely. Store also carries tamiya products! I'll be sure to stop by when I visit Richmond again.

Excellent customer service and the staffs are very friendly selection is a little small but still is a pretty good store and I will go back to shop there again. :)
