The Mason Place is an amazing place to buy a BBQ! I recently bought a travel BBQ and the staff went ABOVE AND BEYOND in accommodating all my questions and requests around my purchase. I would give ten stars to the Mason Place if I could. high quality products and top of the line service!

Excellent place to purchase a woodstove! Had my chimney and flue replaced. Everything was done to spec and the installer Len was very professional and completed the job in one day!Kevin, the manager was excellent, he provided us a detailed solution and was very prepared, from material planning to pricing quotations!In the future if i wanted to upgrade the in house fireplace to another fuel source, I will definitely consider this place! They do propane, natural gas and wood fireplaces! A one stop shop!!Thank you Len and Kevin for your excellent work, keep at it!

They were wonderful. We moved in May and the Landlord finally had someone look at the gas fireplace (our only heat source) in November. It definitely needed to be replaced. Mason Place were busy and over-booked due to the season but still managed to get us an affordable and well priced replacement. They even put us in the first appointment slot that came up to ensure we had heat before it got even colder. We are very grateful for their help.

We recently returned to Mason Place for our 3rd time in 33 years for our new home build. We trusted they would have the same expert service and variety to make wise choices. This time we chose to have them install our new wood fireplace.By the time all was said and done they surpassed our expectations in many ways.. We are so greatfull that we remained loyal and that they have remained leaders in the industry. Great customer service lots of information and good knowledge about the different type of fireplaces beautiful mantles definitely worth going in and looking at their products also outdoor fireplace are available highly recommend them

My wife and I had the hardest time finding a company that was reliable to install a wood stove for us, in the Barrie area. We tried 3 or 4 different people who all told us multiple times they'd come out to quote and never followed through on their word. Due to this reoccurring problem with unreliable people, we reached out to Mason Place and they were more than helpful with answering our questions and giving us a quick quote and install date. We live over an hour away from Mason Place and they made all the effort to have our business while local guys apparently didn't want to make thousands of dollars. Len their installer put in a long days work to make it happen. He was professional and did NOT give up when he was surprised with a stone wall behind the limestone on the outside of our house. Len remained professional and friendly when the job took longer than expected and answered our questions we had having never had a wood stove before. I would use Mason Place again, even if it meant spending more money for travel time due to the company running like a well oiled machine. These days it's hard to find quality product and service but that is not the case with Mason Place. I will recommend them to anyone looking for a wood stove or fireplace install.

We have used Mason twice now. Once, to service our gas fireplace and just recently we bought a gorgeous new BBQ and had it hooked up to our natural gas. Both times they were so helpful, professional, and on time. We would absolutely recommend them!

Have dealt with Mason Place several times over the years and have always been happy with products and the service from everyone. Rick always does great with the installations. I recently stopped in to check out wood stoves. Kevin helped me right away, listened to my needs, found what I needed and I was loaded and on my way home within minutes. Couldn't have asked for a better outcome. I'll be back for more. Highly recommend!
