Great people at the US border if you just answer their questions without giving them any lip or stupid attitude you will be out of there and on your way in no time . Don’t speak unless you are spoken to . Especially you passengers in the vehicle . Let them do their job . Don’t , and you may miss a flight .

Amazing experience!The staff was so friendly, helpful, calm, and welcoming.Having a foreign passport, I had heard horror stories and was a little scared of what the experience would be like.What a pleasant surprise it was. Never thought I'd be leaving a review for CBP.Give them all a huge raise :)

Took them an hour and a half to tell us that we can't come to US unvaccinated. Well, I had a couple of days of and thought to spend them in Chicago. They have lost a couple of grand of revenue. I can care less to come back. Next vacation to a place either South or in Europe, who is not crazy about vaccines. Crazy to keep people waiting for an hour and a half for nothing. Worst experience ever.

staff here are interesting... they insult carelessly and live their days judging others. If you listen in their schmoozing its just gossip most of the time..... To contribute to the welfare of your country learn to serve not abuse visitors Older officers need to step in and share experiences to set the right example in questioning and discipline. A culture rot/dysfunction needs to be worked on. Few and rare are the healthy sane officers working these offices... I appreciate/congratulate you!

Still ban on pureblood truckers and pasengers in place. Definetely illegal and discrimination nobody should take those shots of poison. Otherwise good experiences and nice border guards when it was open until late 2021 to truckers. God bless the good guards who refuse to ask for filth proof.

I've been reading some of these other reviews. I wish I did before. Like everyone else is saying. Rude, ignorant, no respect for any other than themselves. Really sorry and sad. I was treated like a criminal after being checked for my belongings. ! They made sure I left my phone in the car so we couldn't take photos. A couple of the old geezer's looks like Joe Bidens brothers. Grumpy old men.

6 hours waiting in xray,,,no food,,,no washroom,,,,company didnt pay u nothing for this waiting,,,, nd this happen so many times,,,,,,oone of the worst us canada borders for truckers,,,quit my job cant handle i quit,,,,,thanks you officers,,,,,god bless u all,,,,,,

Excellent... I really appreciate cbp custom officers professionalism .. as a Trucker if I asked to compare cbp and canadian custom from 1 to 10 canadian custom 0 cbp 10 thanks guys
