Staff are easy to get a hold of and deal with if I have any problem. We love our delivery guy. He not only delivers but fixed our unit once and even gave us all of the info we needed to eventually get a new dispenser. 10 outta 10 for these guys

Best decision we ever made to switch to water delivery! Direct to door delivery on schedule during those cold winter months is the best! The delivery person we have is very friendly and reliable. I would recommended this for anyone with a water cooler.

Had rep come to home and do a water test and demo. Dan was very knowledgeable and explained and answered all questions. Had system installed and noticed big difference . No heavy white residue in sinks, taps and dishes. Feels silky clean when shower and wash hands. Installation was quick and area left clean. Highly recommend.
