Vaultra Storage - Orangeville

It's winter time, the snow should be removed from all entrances and driveways and salted. The new storage units have snow 1/2 way up the doors, this is the company's responsibility to clear the snow not the customer. We pay good money for these units, and they aren't maintained, as they should be. I'm talking 5 feet of snow at some, and with temperatures rising this week, be prepared for flooding in units, especially the older units not just on ground but roofs also. The driveways are very icey.Not impressive. .... what if an elderly person has to shovel all that snow, that's not considerate of their health. I've been a customer for years and I have not seen the winter maintenance this bad.

I spoke with Bart and Cindy at the Orangeville location . They were quite helpful with all my questions even though I told them I was just doing some homework on possibly needing storage in a few months from now. They were great , Thanks for your help.

I used Vaultra storage while in between moves. Their lockers are clean, well-kept. In winter, the lot was always maintained and ploughed as needed. The lot is well-lit, and even after dark, I had no qualms about going by myself if necessary. I would recommend Vaultra storage in Orangeville to anyone, any time! Friendly staff and respectful.

We have used Vaultra Orangeville twice now. The first was for a move. Then again during a renovation. The space was clean. We never had any problems or concerns with our units. When completing our second term we had an issue with the timing of the billing cut off. But after speaking with the office they were able to fix it for us. We would definitely use again if needed and recommend.

I would give this place less than one star if I could. My locker got broken into and 90% of my contents got stolen because thieves were able to press random gate keypad buttons until the gate finally opened.

I had such a wonderful experience with Vaultra storage! Christina was absolutely wonderful! She was knowledgable and incredibly personable! She helped me navigate my first time in a storage facility. She was very kind! I would definitely use this facility again. It was clean and well-maintained great security. I felt safe having all my things there, while I moved!
