Benefit Cosmetics Brow Bar

I have gone 3 times to see Jaspreet at Sephora located in Bramelea City Center. I refuse to go anywhere else now because my eyebrows always get messed up! I've been brought my sister and she was very pleased. I've have gotten eyebrow tinting done twice by her as well due to a suggestion she made & I'm really glad I listened to her. I just wish it was a bit more afford as eyebrow wax with tint is $40.

Jaspreet provides phenomenal service. She is quick and does a great job. Truly a professional. Always going above and beyond to provide exceptional service and a subject matter expert. I always go back and choose her.

First time getting my eyebrows done here, Jaspreet did such an amazing job! She was so sweet and ensured I knew exactly what was going on she took her time which I loved!Will definitely be going back to her!

I have had Jaspreet doing my eyebrows at Sephora Benefit Brow bar for almost a year now and will never go to anyone else. I leave with perfect brows every time and she enhances my natural shape beautifully and while keeping them thick. Jaspreet doesn’t rush and takes her time and I’m always comfortable.

I'm very disappointed by the lack of customer care that you offer. I received a reminder email and text on Jan 12, where my appointment was the following day (on my birthday).I arrived on time and the beauty technician was working on another client. I informed her I was there for my 12:40 appointment. I stood there for another 10 minutes before I asked if she was running behind and she even acknowledged me.She told me my technician was sick and that I should have received a cancellation email. I showed her that nothing came to me and if she had any time to fit me in as I came far. She said she was only available 2 hours later which was not practical.She said she will inform her manager and that someone would call and follow up. No one has reached out. So I emailed customer service and 4 months later someone responded saying they looked into it and I need to reach out to someone else.This whole company is a joke and should be removed from Sephora.

Jaspreet wow she is the best.. I am coming for my eye brows from last one year. I really feel blessed to have such beautiful eyebrows because of her ….

I got service from Jaspreet.She is very nice and advice me the products which help me alot in volume of my eyebrows.I love the service she provides.I recommend everyone to book an appointment with her for great service.

i got my eyebrows done by Jaspreet a few weeks ago and she did an amazing job! she mapped my eyebrows out to my liking so evenly and she also did a brow tint that made my eyebrows look so much fuller and natural. i highly recommend booking with Jaspreet. she made sure along the way that i was happy with my brows and asked before moving forward with everything. i have another appointment this afternoon and i can’t wait for her to make me feel pretty again!

Tried the Benefit Brow Bar yesterday for the first time, and am so happy with the results! Jaspreet did my brows; a wax and tint, plus she mapped out my brows perfectly. Amazing service! I had my brows waxed and tinted. Jaspreet was super friendly and asked questions throughout to make sure I liked the shape and colour before proceeding. This store is the only place I go to now to have my brows done.
