Wanted me to reschedule my son's appointment which we waited for over a month after we were a few mins late due to some unexpected issue that happened at the last minute. My son had to take a day off from school but she refused to see him. On a prior occassion, they made us wait around 45 mins for a phone appointment but apparently their time so much more important than the rest of us. The lady at the reception was rude from the start as we walked in, almost yelling at us to put the masks on even though Covid is not a big issue anymore and the mask mandates are being dropped everywhere.

My first time there…kind, caring and thorough.Office was very busy but both receptionist and Dr. We’re busily following up with people.No hesitation in going back or recommending to others.

After a phone consultation (because she refused to see patients in person in early 2023) she deemed my son to not have a milk allergy. We sought a second opinion and drove to Milton for an allergist who was actually seeing patients and actually doing allergy testing and it was confirmed he was in fact allergic and requires an EpiPen. Malpractice much? 1 star is a stretch for someone who shouldn't even have a medical license.

I think she is against the immigrants because in my first virtual appointment she was keep telling me in a rudely manner that immigrants babies are getting more allergies because we dont know what to introduce to your baby in new country. I think she can provide this information in polite manner she hurts me alot . She behaves like i am not a good mother

The office staff is terribly inefficient at ensuring they are using the correct form of communication. I had initially provided them with my email address and then had given them my husband's email address so they could assist him with paying for allergy serum. I'm not sure why they needed his email, as the pharmacy in the building dies the ordering and takes the payments, but I was very clear that his email was for that transaction only and to continue emailing my email address for appointments and such. My serum was ordered and paid for in April and I wasn't advised until October that it had been ready since the end of July. They were emailing my husbands email address which directed their 2 emails into his spam folder. One email indicated an appointment for my 1st injection on August 13. On August 10th I spoke to the clinic as they called to set up a sporomity test. During that conversation their office staff did not mention the upcoming appointment and I missed it. They also didn't mention that they had sent 2 emails and had never gotten a reply. Nor did they confirm my email address. In October when I asked about the delay in beginning my shots they claimed the serum was delayed because there was a payment issue" between me and the manufacturer. The pharmacy that orders the serum confirmed it was a manufacturing delay and the invoice on my serum indicates payment in full took place on April 21st. So not only is this clinic inefficient and negligent in insuring they are contacting the correct person- they have no professional accountability and chose to blame their tardiness on "payment issues" when in fact there were none. They sought to shame me rather than admit they made mistakes."

Dr. Paina is wonderful! She exceeded all my expectations. She was thorough and spent a long time explaining everything about my diagnosis/condition. I've seldom felt so cared for my a physician.

Dr Paina has been working with our 16 mo old son for approximately the last year. Tonight our son had an allergic reaction so we emailed Dr Paina at about 7pm with photos expecting she would reply in the next dew days but she got back to us within 2 hours, at 845pm. Her timely response was incredibly thorough and it was reassuring to have her expertise about how to handle the reaction and creating a treatment plan. Thank you Dr Paina!

Dr. Paina is the only doctor that listened to me when I said I couldn't breathe.My GP said all of my symptoms were caused by anxiety and so I spent 3 years feeling like I was suffocating because he didn't believe me.4 days after Dr. Paina started me on proper medication I could breathe. She listened, fought for me, and gave me my life back.

Dr Paina is thorough. Most importantly: she listened to everything I shared and heard me out before creating a treatment plan. I felt supported working with Dr Paina and I am pleased that our son's allergies are improving under her care. Thank you Dr Paina!

Not at all happy. Blamed sulphites for my kids allergic reaction. Even though she had asked a few times whether antihistamines had helped...and I answered yes" an allergy pill made my child's reaction go away. So she gives me a pamphlet on which it said antihistamines will NOT make a sulphite reaction go away.She said the reaction could have been the cold. Since when does the cold make somebody's face swell up that much? I sent her photos of the reaction my child had.Really seems like she didn't want to do her job. Also diagnosed me as not having an allergy to milk (that I've been diagnosed with and specifically asked the doctor who disgnosed me if it was an allergy or an intolerance) without letting me tell her all of my symptoms. I wasn't there to get myself diagnosed. I was there for my kid. Lactose free milk still makes me react
