I am a first time homebuyer, and I received a home inspection from Mathieu today. He was extremely detailed and had impressive knowledge in all the area's. I felt at ease knowing, I hired someone with such confident expertise! He is French but he speaks English very well, so he was very easy to understand!When I received his e-mailed detailed report, it was outstanding! It really helped me see all the problems I did not realize were there in the home. I now know more of what to look for myself when viewing homes in the future. I valued his input and he did a great job, I would highly recommend him and I will hire him again in the future!

Didn't have time to write a comment. Talk about attention to detail. NOALEX is the best inspector I have worked with to date. They took their time and didn't cut corners on anything. It even took longer than expected but they were patient and thorough till the last minute.The inspection report was impeccable, to the point I was able to get real evaluations for the work based on the photos and details provided.
