BC Ferries Tsawwassen Toll Booth

BC Ferries doesn’t understand that residents of islands rely on them for their transportation and to get home. They are constantly struggling to keep on time and maintain the ships properly.Staff are rude and lazy. BC Ferries complains they have staffing issues but the biggest problem is the lack of work the staff do.You can easily wait five hours in a terminal just to get onto a two hour ferry ride. It’s beyond absurd.Amenities are slim to none. An overpriced cafeteria serves mediocre food. Other amenities such as the gift shop charge ridiculous prices for simple items.The Seawest lounge and pacific buffet remain closed for “staffing issues”.BC Ferries received so many complaints about their incredibly bad WI-FI that they decided to remove it all together to avoid anymore complaints.The company has a monopoly and they know it, as they provide a terrible service for far too much money. They lack care for the customers who rely on this service.

Toll booth are run efficiently. Sometime passenger take a long time moving through. Buying a ticket should be a simple exercise. This can be automated TBH.

First time to drive car via ferry going to Victoria, ferry was clean, family room available for family with kids like us, food was great as well, lots of seats available, can hang out outside during the trip, did not ask for help from staff that much thanks to clearly placed signages, almost got lost once, otherwise very big ferry with good features available for families.

The staff was awesome service was great when dealing with the reservation office they mentioned to be an hour or more early and I listened and had no problems at all

The ticket cashier was happy and a pleasure to speak with. The ferries are part of our highway system and a great part of accessing some of B.C.'s coastal scenery

Rude staff - if you use the ferry regularly it’s awful be prepared to wait - no place to use if you have no reservation and need to go by stand by the gulf islands. System is totally broken

Check in was very easy. I made reservations and they only asked for last name. They have a nice comfy waiting room. There are vending machines and bathrooms available.

Large ferry from Victoria to Vancouver. 4 lanes each on both sides of the ship.Cafeteria inside the ferry. Decent food.As always, beautiful views of the Georgian Straight up on the sun deck.

Never a hassle driving onto the ferry. Staff at the booth are usually upbeat and friendly. These guys have this system of loading cars down to a science, it's pretty cool to watch..
