Bentley Vancouver

I recently purchased a Bentley from Alex Parson. He is a first class professional. He is very hands-on and communicative. Even after he had secured the sale, he checks in once a while to make sure I enjoy my new car. I would definitely purchase another car from him.

Kenneth was our sales. He was very kind and thorough. We enjoyed his service and will definitely see him again when we upgrade our car.

Sent an inquiry about a listed vehicle. It was ignored. Followed up and resent the inquiry. Generic email came back with no answers to the 2 questions asked. Only a pressure sales tactic designed to drive you to an emotional decision/sale.Deplorable tactic and business practice

There is supposedly key box in premises, 4 of us could not find it that night. Service personal are great and helpful. Hope to get our car back soon

It can always be intimidating walking into car dealership, let alone an ultra luxury car dealership. Even though I have owned luxury cars in my life (Mercedes Benz, BMW, Audi, McLaren, Porsche, Land Rover), I am still uncomfortable visiting car dealerships - either the staff are too clingy, or I am not acknowledged at all if I “don’t look like the demographic” for their vehicles.Walking into Bentley Vancouver, was neither of the experiences I typically encounter - it was amazing. The staff there were warming and welcoming, even though I was upfront letting them know I was very preliminary in my new car search. It was quite busy that day, and someone named Alex came to my assistance. I had many question, and he was very knowledgeable. He was understanding and not condescending, which really made my visit so comfortable - not something normal I was used to in a Car Dealership.Should you be shopping for a new luxury car, I recommend you to stop and visit the folks at Bentley & Aston Martin Vancouver - 11/10 service.

Went to Bentley to request for service records on a Continental Flying Spur, Mark and Spiros were very helpful and I received the records shortly after even though they were super busy. Excellent service and would definitely recommend! Thank you gents!

It is a great car and great service. My experience was not great about the my first Bentley 8 years ago I was not satisfied. My last Bentley what I am dealing with I am super happy, they developed to service a lot. Few weeks ago I asked my missing invoices Sunday night I sent a short quick ema and asked the copy of the invoice from the service what my accountant asked for, Monday morning when I checked my emails I saw service manager sent me the invoice very early in the morning. I was planning to call them and explain etc and I did not need to do that. Also their sales department is super friendly it is 5 stars car with 5 stars dealer. I am happy with my car and company.

This is my first visit to the Vancouver Bentley Dealership and my experience was 5 stars PLUS!The Sales and Finance Manager Alex was unbelievably helpful and answered all my questions. Very supportive and great customer Service.

Had a great experience here, Alex Parson and Andy supported me and guided me until I drove off in my Bentley. Will surely recommend as it was an amazing process!
