I spoke to someone on the phone here and told them I was very anxious and asked if they would be considerate of this, and I could hear the impatience on the other end. No reassurance given and was told if I wanted an appointment it would be a long time anyhow so to try elsewhere.Thanks.

Amazing dental team! As soon as you walk in, you're welcomed by the receptionist and take a quick wait in their clean and comforting waiting space. Reception is top knotch and lovely to talk to! But.. the dental team.. never had I ever felt more comfortable and confident in those working on my teeth! Unlike many who ignore the ques and gestures suggested" to inform the dentist when in pain

Wow, the woman I talked to on the phone was kind of a jerk. I didn't appreciate the tone she took with me. She scoffed at me when I was trying to book an appointment and laughed at me when I asked if Friday was available. Seriously, how infuriating.

Was in Prince Albert the other day and had a chance to visit Dr. Jeff's clinic for a cleaning and checkup that I very much needed. The professional environment and experienced staff were great to deal with. They were even nice enough to accommodate my schedule as I was coming from out of the city. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for dental work.

The staff at Hill Top Dental in Prince Albert was friendly and accommodating, the office was clean and well-maintained, and the parking couldn't have been easier.They gave me helpful advice on how to keep up with my oral hygiene and the dentist took time to answer all my questions.I highly recommend Hill Top Dental to anyone looking for a reliable dental office with great service and parking.This is a great place for all your dental needs.

Overlapped my bookings so I had to pay out of pocket. Billed me exactly a year later for reasons they can't or refuse to explain. Overcharged me past my insurance coverage, billed without properly inquiring if I was covered for that time period (as per my request), gas-lighted and blamed me and my insurance company when confronted, took no responsibility and no sign of an apology. I'll do my business elsewhere, thank you.

Wasn't informed that Dr. Kushniruk retired until I was called cancelling my appointment after it had been booked for a year. Finally, after persistence, I am got appointment with replacement dentist. I am having problem with a tooth, I think infection in gums. She referred me to specialist in Saskatoon and it will be 2 months before get in. How am I supposed to go two months with an infection in my mouth!! Called their office to discuss this, dentist wasn't in. Left my name and phone number for her to call me back. It's been a week and still no call from her. Infection in my gums is bad. If this type of service Hill Top Dental Clinic thinks is satisfactory, it's time to look for another dental office. Because of this, I do not recommend this dental office to anyone.
