M. Lube + Pneus

Went in for a coolant flush on a 2015 Murano. Staff was friendly and efficient. Clearly not their first time. Done quickly and professionally.

I don't know it's ok if you really have to change your oil and want to over pay, they sell you a package but they actually don't do any of the items on the list,just oil and oil filter. No top offs for washer fluid no battery check nothing I did 2 cars there back to back and my truck started leaking after I left from there the power steering line was definitely pushed on when the oil filter was changed.I didn't see them do any of the items on the list , no greasing no nothing. So do your own oil changes or find some other shop that will only charge you for an oil change, or service they do.

Arrived at 2:15pm only had my oil changed at 2:45pm all bays where pretty much dedicated to tire changing which is a little disappointing…. Alex the guy doing my oil change was on the phone I believe talking with his family wasn’t paying attention and added oil when they didn’t even add the oil plug or filter back in.. very disappointed. Also swearing very loud and complaining about being tired and wanting to leave absolute garbage place. They have finished the oil change however the supervisor is no where to be found been waiting 10 min I just want to leave…. Not sure who runs this place but needs serious overhaul of employees… also they didn’t check my tire pressure nor lube my doors as they do normally… extremely dissatisfied and disappointed and honestly would want a refund… the only reason I come here is because they top up fluids check tires lube doors now they don’t give a shit….. UPDATE just had a phone call from the manager Matthew. Down to earth kinda guy super hospitable you can see he cares for his customers, wish he was there yesterday. Did not get a refund however offered a free oil change to prove they can do better next time which I accepted. We need more “Matthew’s” that care about customer service like he does. I have also changed my rating from 1 to 4 stars since I was shocked how fast he called me excellent on you and keep up the good customer service!!!

Came with a tube motorcycle tire after we got a flat on Canada Day. We just wanted help getting it off the rim, we were not asking that they fix it since they said that they do not work on motorcycle tires. They flat out refused to help us, something about insurance and not having the equipment. I find that hard to believe since they are a tire place after all. We had to extend our stay in Gatineau to wait for the motorcycle shops to open. I will definitely not use this company for any of my car needs. Why would I? when they could have helped in an emergency and would not.

Really good place. Very nice people! They even offered me coffee or water. I had to change the oil, it just took 15 minutes and ever was done. They also made sure that car was in perfect condition.

Had a coolant emergency and stopped in they helped us fast and did not charge us for anything. These guys are so helpful and friendly. Thank you Mr Lube.

Needs tip option on debit. Fantastic service. Great guys. Fast. Convenient. Never too busy. I like this place a lot.

I've been going to this specific location for a couple decades now and have had nothing but professional and trustworthy service. My last visit was a bit of an exception to this with some mistakes made that caused me some issues. Immediately upon reception of my concern and an understanding of my problems, Mathew (Manager) reassured me he would rectify the issues and I was very pleased to see he was a man of his word. Long story short, I'm very satisfied with the corrective measures and how he addressed the issues. To be honest, he went clearly up and above, out of his way to correct my issues, in this day and age, that's almost unheard of! In summary, along with the 2 decades of professional, courteous, and trustworthy service I now know one more fact about the Mr. Lube in Hull, that is what they are made of when something goes wrong. They own it and correct it... very honest and honorable! Big thank you Mathew, looking forward to stopping in for my next oil change. :)

Contacted Matthew in Hull, and he had the needed Interstate replacement battery in stock, drove in, and had everything in working order in under 10min. Great work, good price, and Matt gave me an awesome service. I recommend.

I wouldnt trust these guys to work on your cars. They seem not updated. Thats at least what they made me felt when i went there to install new tires on rims and put them on my car.Also, check your nuts and center caps before going there. Chances are they might get lost like mine.
