We worked with Phil Lepage. In our first meeting his pitch to us was that 98% of deals are a result of being listed on MLS. If that is the case why are we paying the listing agent such high commissions? We listed at a price that was higher than what he wanted and thankfully we did. Once we listed we hardly heard from him. When it came to buying a home we received help from an associate but he was still involved. He was unavailable at critical times and his communication was rude and unprofessional.

Stuart was a real help when we had a lot to work through. He was always helpful and patient; never forcing us to accept or work with anything outside of our comfort zone.
