Great family business! Jack is one of their installers and he is great at what he does and is very sociable and easy to talk to!

This system has been nothing but issues. I have 4 cameras and one is supposed to record all the time and it doesn’t I have had people standing in front of my door and it hasnt picked up on the motion. I have had 2 of the 4 cameras replaced and still not working properly. I have booked time off from work for technicians to see what is wrong and they’ve told me there is nothing wrong and clearly there is when I leave my house and it doesn’t catch the motion. I have called & complained they reboot the system and then it starts working again but only until the next outage Just recently what prompted me to write this post someone was forcibly trying to open my door while I was home and it didn’t record anything. I called Rogers pretty upset and all they offered me was a 6.99 refund and a service appointment between the time slot of 2-5 so I need to book time off of work yet again for This system. I don’t mean to go on such a rant but beware when something sounds too good to be true (free installation and cameras) it usually is. Also I pay 49.99 plus an additional fee because I only get 100 clips for all 4 cameras together. Ridiculous!! I would not recommend the cameras to anyone that is looking for something reliable because it simply isn’t.

Fantastic, family owned company. Prompt, personal, and effective service. Always dealing with the same people who know our account. Brittany and Jack are wonderful. Would definitely recommend if considering an alarm. The technology is also modern and user friendly.

Very happy with my new voice notification home alarm system with Rogers. The voice activated system notifies us which door is opened. Great for parents with little kids. Fantastic customer service and straight forward monthly monitoring fee. I like that it is a family business and they care about the work they do.
