I love this place! You can see and feel the quality of their wood pieces and their sofa collections and pricing are second to none. We have purchased sofas from here twice now and their hardwood construction and down-filled cushions (poly/spring interior cores) are such such good quality! They will never sag and you will never feel the frames. Very worth the visit!!

We have purchase several pieces of furniture form Abacus over the years. They have included several end tables, dining room table and console table. All were of exceptional quality and finish.The staff have been a pleasure to deal with from the design process to the completion of sale. All have met or exceeded our exceptions.We will definitely be revisiting to meet our future needs.

We purchased a custom white oak dining table and it is gorgeous! We went to the store and they showed us the workshop where the pieces are made and answered all our questions. Wonderful to have a beautiful piece made by hand in Toronto. Thank you!

Furniture shopping seems to always be overly complicated and this seems especially so with outdoor furniture. In our search for a outdoor umbrella that was (A) in stock and (B) not thousands of dollars, we came across a well-reviewed umbrella and saw a listing on Abacus. After calling, I had a great conversation with someone on staff on their in-stock availability and options for the base (so nice to have input on something where you have no idea what you actually need!).We ordered online with no issue and picked it up curbside same day. There was some confusion about one of the parts with the base and someone from Abacus sorted it out with me over email (I had to send them photos and they sent me photos from a unit they had in stock to fix my problem). Above and beyond support which I really appreciate and will definitely shop there again!

I recently bought a couch set at Abacus and I could not be happier with my purchase. The quality is incredible and I get compliments on it from every person that enters my home!The staff were kind, patient, and extremely knowledgeable and the delivery experience was seamless! 10/10 would recommend!

A few years back, Kelly helped us choose outdoor furniture that has proven to be ideal for us, both in quality and design.This past winter, a raccoon made itself at home on one of our pieces. Amazingly, the only damage was removal of stuffing from two pillows, which Abacus had restuffed for free.They stand behind their products, and it's been a pleasure working with their staff. We'll be back for more in the future, due to the excellent service.

Purchased furniture from Abacus on more than one occasion. Very pleased with furniture itself. Our selections were Canadian made and have proven to be of excellent quality and durability. Competitively priced. Staff extremely pleasant, helpful and courteous. Offered great advice on product choices, spent time assisting us, and were dependable in honouring promised delivery dates. Great service and great products. Will use them again for sure.

3 years ago we got a couch from Abacus Furniture, this is it here still in incredible condition... Despite living through the terrors of a 5 year old, toddler, baby and dog that we've given up trying to keep off.Needless to say I'm reviewing 3 years later, that's just the impact Abacus left on us!
