I worked for this company and thought it would be a company I would stay with.When I started with them they offered me a job in a different city witch I was ok with.Then I had to take some time off . Due to health reasons.when i could return to work they offered me a job further away then the original job I had. So I turned it down and quit because upon hiring I wanted to work in the city I was living in was told there were no opening at that time .that was fine with me But then 2 weeks later I found a job opening in my city I was living in and called and got no response back at all. I would of stuck with your company for years but it's hard when you don't get a call or email back. I personally just wanted to be closer to my family

They have an incredible turnover rate and don’t train their staff. Twice their employees have been caught relaxing on duty for hours in our party room while the condo stays dirty. I would not recommend this company to do anything.

LCM was great. We had a tub replacement and they did the work well and answered questions promptly!

Very professional. I had an leak emergency over the Christmas holidays. LCM stayed on top of problem until it was fixed.

LCM Property Services Inc. provided two wonderful ladies to clean our condo thoroughly after our renovations were completed and before we moved back in. There was a lot of wood dust on floors and furniture after 6 weeks of construction. The LCM cleaning staff were very friendly and professional. It was obvious that they cared about their work and they left our condo sparkling and sanitized. We couldn't have been happier. I highly recommend LCM Property Services!

We had a bathroom shower stall removal and installation done by LCM Property services. They were fast to schedule , even at this COVID crisis time we are all living. Tim and the whole team were amazing to work with. Tim’s quality work was immaculate, always on time, friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. We highly recommend LCM Property Services and will definitely use their services again.

LCM Property Services replaced our very old one-piece, pre-fab acrylic shower stall. Although the install had a couple of issues along the way and took almost 4 months to be completed, partly due to COVID-related supply chain issues, we are very happy with the end results. The shower stall is beautiful. The Project Technician, Wayne, did a fantastic job with the install, colour-matching the sill tiles and retrofitting where necessary. The company made sure, in the end, that we were satisfied with the final result.

We recently purchased an older house which needed a complete multi storey, whole home renovation. We chose LCM General Contractor and they helped us through the whole process from initial consultation and design, engineered drawings & permits, providing trusted trades, completing the work and selecting our finishes. It was super impressive to see them take out large interior load bearing walls and install the 3000 lb steel beam! What a difference it made in the space! It's so open now! We are really enjoying all the renovated space, especially our new and enlarged bathroom and kitchen. 10/10 would recommend!
