Allen B Olson Auction Service

This auction house advertised an item and I won it. It was a tent. When I got it home it was infested with mice. I called Allen the owner and I asked for a refund and was yelled at and hung up on. This auction house and it’s owner have no integrity. I guess this is the truest form of buyer beware and sold as is, lesson learned. Allen B. Olson auction services will not see another nickel from me nor will they ever have another minute of my time.

They have a convenient auction yard on hiway 16 just off range rd 184

It was amazing. They had such a vast amount of different things to bid on.

I purchased an item at the Hwy 16 location, buying the item on line was good, having to deal with their obnoxious location manager was not !Paid for the item upon arrival, was told to go outside and try to find someone that would load the one item for me, keep in mind there are no lines to get in and employees do not wear any kind of vests/safety vest that would indicate they work there. After 20 minutes of no help and asking other persons if they work there ( to no avail) I went inside and asked a guy that was sitting there if he worked there and could help me, I told him my situation and he started to holler that they don’t wear no G D vest and then yelling and pointing and several people saying they all work here, which I said how am I or anyone else to know that if they don’t have any company branded items on ?? He then hollered to one of his workers to get me loaded and to get the H*LL out of here.Allen B Olson, get rid of this guy and get a real manager !!!

Best auction service in Central alberta to buy or sell. Great staff and man, just go there on sales day to people watch. All the people of walmart go here and its fantastic.

Once again I have purchased something from this company online only to find out their descriptions are not accurate. When you advertise pipe as been 35 ft long and not one is that length, in fact the majority were 32 long. I will continue to buy but if I show up next time and the description does not match I will not be paying for the product. They want online auctions but misrepresent the product they are selling. It is their responsibility to give an accurate description

Worked for Allen for years at the sales a s although they are online now still love the sales. Great people to work with, and great staff for a variety of auctions.
