I love this place! Staff is friendly and very helpful. I buy my emergency bubble solution here and I bought a glow in the dark puzzle here for my nephew. Definitely recommend.

If I could give this store 10 stars I would. Purchased a stroller, a car seat and a couple of more things and couldn't be anymore happy and satisfied. Layla was very knowledgeable of the products they carry and provided me with an AMAZING service. Every product in the store is a good quality, definitely worth spending the buck. Highly recommend visiting this store to see for yourself.Also the manager was so kind and loaded my purchases in my vehicle.

I haven't shopped here for myself (yet!) but for several baby showers. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and the prices are really quite reasonable as well. They carry a lot of really great brands that are sometimes hard to at other baby stores.

I love baby enRoute because of their great service! The staff were very helpful when I did my baby registry and you can tell the staff enjoy what they're doing. They have a large selection so it seems like they are a larger chain store but it actually is a small store with a personal touch. The staff can relate to everything new parents are going through and try their best to accommodate you as much as they can. With all the products out there it can be confusing for new parents! It's great that some of their staff can recommend products that they've actually used.The selection and service is awesome!

DO NOT SHOP ONLINE WITH THIS STORE! No wonder recent reviews have been bad, read them, you'll see a consistent issue. Briefly:- waited 2 weeks before purchase was even sent for shipping, with no notice on the delay. I ended up calling to follow up.- when package eventually arrived, only half the shipment arrived. I emailed Baby Enroute, got the runaround by the Manager, Anne- I called via phone to follow up and they said they would contact me back but they did not. I had to call again and finally told they messed up on inventory levels/shipping so they will send out right away. (I now see older reviews, this has been an issue for awhile)- 6 weeks and multiple calls/emails from myself later, STILL DID NOT RECEIVE THE ITEMI asked for a refund for undelivered item at this point. Apparently they are new to online sales and their logistics weren't ready. They shouldn't have taken orders if they didn't test enough but fine, it happens.My issue is as the customer, I shouldn't have to chase to get what I already paid for - the onus is on them to communicate with me and rectify the situation. Terrible service and experience!UPDATE: I was given a full refund by the store.

Our experience with Baby enRoute went from terrific to terrible, unfortunately. We purchased a car seat in mid-November, and we were beyond impressed with the patient, knowable and thoughtful sales associate we dealt with. She answered every question, provided us with options and alternatives and added helpful care & use tips at every stage of the sale. It was a great initial experience that ranks among the best we've ever received from any retailer.When my wife returned the next day to pick the product up and receive the complimentary installation that accompanied our purchase, she was stunned to witness the store manager rudely dress down an employee within earshot of every customer in the store. The store was out of stock of the infant insert for the car seat, and although the manager promised to ship the insert to our home (we live out of town), weeks went by without any delivery or update from the retailer. We phoned the store to check the status of the delivery, but did not receive the promised follow-up calls. My wife is now very close to our due date, we are without the crucial infant insert, and we have had to initiate every follow-up call or email to inquire about the status of the shipment. That, alone, is understandable and likely not the retailer's fault; the supplier themselves could be out of stock and missing their own promised delivery times. What has made this experience so disappointing is being left in the dark, our inquiries being left unanswered, and promises to get in touch going unfulfilled.This is a well-merchandised store with great product selection and excellent representatives at the floor level, but poor retail leadership has unfortunately spoiled our experience.Update: We spoke with the owner who took our feedback very seriously and agreed to refund our payment for the unfilled backorder.
