I recently had a somewhat complicated insurance need and received excellent service from one of the agents in this office. While looking around at other offices, I found agents were dismissive, did not try to offer any solutions, and often were not very competent at filling out forms in their computer systems. Here, they asked lots of questions, contacted multiple insurance companies, and found a solution, all while maintaining excellent communication. I highly recommend this office.

I have just moved recently from Ontario, with regards to staying on the road, its like moving to another country! I might have well been 5 customers in one, as I had five items to attend to. Including getting my 2018 car pass a test! all just on the verge of legally being overwhelming.However, Mikayla came to the rescue and made life much easier, as soon as they braved the covid opening, she attended to me with a lovely demeanor, a great asset to the company, as to say. Not to mention, the other staff are very nice too! thanks to all.Ian

I always get over and above service from them, they're knowledgeable and will take the time to explain all the details, sometimes 3,4,5 times.... whatever it takes. They do close earlier than a lot of other agencies in the area, but they open early the next day to fix and correct what the other places messed up.

I called JM Chilliwack and spoke with Emily. I asked very specific questions due to the situation. Emily provided the information and what was required to obtain the insurance. After driving to an office as the insurance needed to be purchased in person, I was told it wasn’t obtainable. Emily clearly provided incorrect information. Not a place I would go to purchase insurance EVER!! The lack of knowledge, competence and customer service is appalling.

This office was recommended to me from my previous insurance office! (Thats another story) The moment I met Dana, I knew I was in the right place.
