I hard the worst Experience in my life with the lady linda. She was so rud. She can at 9.59pm and shurt down the music and said our time was up and drove us out and didnt let us clean. She needs to be fired. She is mean to every body who books that hall. I will not recommend this hall.

My daughter loves this park, it's a bit creepy and unsettling at times. keep an eye on your surroundings, and watch out for glass. The sand is full of it.-It is a decent sized park with lots of trees surrounding it, there are neighboring schools on both sides of the hall, giving you and your dog a wide open field to play in.

The hall was a great place for a baby shower. Locationd was easy to find! Staff was nice and though did not info use they had speakers (would have saved me $200 in rentals).Way the one star: the hall was not clean, it was being cleaned during setup we recieved the key at about 10am and went about 1am for set up. I cleaned the hall fully before and after use. Leaving it in better condition than relieved.We were refunded $475 deposit instead of $500. Renter stating it was cleaning fees. Explained that we were setting up there for cleaned around us".Update

Unprofessional, unreliable, and discriminatory booking coordinator. I had booked many events with this hall before, and then was supporting a friend with arranging a booking. When I told the booking coordinator, Leanne, that I won’t be the one booking, her response to me was “there must be somebody present that speaks, reads and can write in English.” At no point did I indicate that the people renting the hall had a language barrier or that they didn’t speak English. Leanne was making a discriminatory assumption. After the contract was signed and deposit paid, the person who booked it began preparations and other bookings only for Leanne to cancel due to “unforeseen circumstances”, a few days before the event with no explanation. Leanne said she would issue a refund, then after a few days of no response let us know we needed to contact the VP for a refund. Until now we have no update.

When we got to the hall to set up my party it smelt like absolute outhouse from both bathrooms. Linda was very unprofessional when it came to the walk through at the end of our wedding, she even made us drive the keys to HER place instead of coming to the hall to pick them up. She wanted to charge 700 for cleaning a stain that was there before we even set up, Linda just wants to line her pockets. Not only was she unprofessional with the cleaning before and after. She was beyond impolite and yet again unprofessional with my family and I. No one should rent this hall for a wedding due to this unprofessional behaviour of Linda's.

Old community center hall in need of some aesthetic improvements, be very careful on sidewalk outside as the “stair” is nearly invisible and is a serious tripping hazard.

Nice hall for community events; but watch your step. We witnessed an elderly lady fall and get injured due to the uneven pavement. There is a raised part of the pavement that is difficult to see and it caused the poor lady to lose her footing and she fell head first.

3 playgrounds in walking distance to each other and Northgate... 2 older sand ones and one smaller brand new one woodchips (no baby swing at this one but we fun spinners) great for grade school, preschool and toddler age. No seating next to the park but some picnic tables a little away, naturally dirty medium sized sand box.Older park closest to the hall is big and rickety & run down. I think older children would like it here more than the other two. Probably great for grounders. Benches and big trees, more shade.The other older sand one is a mix with metal this one is not as old as the big one. Has one of those sit in car frames. Bells to hit. More on the small side but good for little ones. Small bench and a regular size one.Huge field between them all.

Farmer's market was worth the stop. Lots of goodies, candles and all kinds of fun food items and spices!
