Very friendly and nice couple. Their customer service is outstanding.I was running around looking for someone to alternate my wedding dress last minute , but no success. Until I remember their store in Ladner (because I used to live in Ladner), so I gave it a try. The lady owner was so helpful and she accommodate what I needed. I’m so happy with my dress now. Thanks to them.Highly recommend their store!!!

They pressed rather than hemmed grad dress and did a bad job. It’s a grad dress and they showed no care or consideration for their work. The straps were all twisted up and I had to request they press the dress now that they managed to make it look worse upon pick up than at drop off. Why? It’s a grad dress. The single most important event in my child’s career as a student. This is a big deal… where she’s going to get sent off into the real world! Why don’t you show some attention to the details that make this day special for everyone involved? Particularly both parent and child! So disappointed! Won’t be back for any reason!

Busy Bee did an excellent job sewing my work safety vest. The best part is they did it right away while I waited. I went to several other places and it was going to take over a week. I said no way. They were very affordable and the service was amazing. I would definitely recommend them go back for cleaning and any alterations. THANKS
