Excellent lab, but I've only been once. I rushed over during my work break after another lab I went to had a 45-minute wait. I was in and out in 15 minutes here. I asked if the wait was long and told it depended on appointments but was given a form just in case. The technician was excellent and skillful.

Wow! Raquel is a rockstar! She was able to draw my blood in one shot in less than 20 secs. It was painless and over before I knew it. Highly recommend coming here.

I was able to make a next-day appointment here. Staff was courteous and efficient! The previous day I had gone to the College/Bathurst location where it was super busy and staff took 7-8 minutes to register each patient - it was really frustrating. I left that location after 25 min of waiting. Here, they take maybe 2 minutes! Great service!

Racquel and Cheryl are AMAZING. To say I have tricky veins is an understatement and the two of them took their time, tried everything they could, were kind and patient. They were able to draw my blood and I left the lab without any pain thanks to their professionalism and kindness.

Elevators don’t work. Won’t give me key for stairs. Their water was shut off. No washrooms. Lady at the pharmacy told me the life labs location was closed

Waited over 20 minutes for a booked appointment. The extremely small waiting room filled up with 4 other patients with another person trying to book while I waited. No social distancing. No recommendation that some patients wait outside. And not one patient came out before me, it was as if everyone was either on break or catching up with paperwork. Totally unacceptable and irresponsible during COVID. Must do better!

The front desk was quite unfriendly and impatient, she used a voice sounds like I own her money. I had to wait 20 30 minutes although I have appointment.However she apologized because they're short on staffs, and this is the first time ever in my life there's someone could find my vein at first try and didn't create any bruise.

I've come to this location a few times for blood draws and ultrasounds. They've always seen me on time for my scheduled appointments and have been very friendly and kind.
