This place was great. The girls at the desk were really nice. I walked in an was in an out I about 30 min. The Dr I saw was very nice. He listened to my problem. Gave me some advice helped me with my current issue an pointed me In the right direction for the next steps. I would recommended thos place..

Rude receptionist!! No respect for patients waiting hours and hours. They got their favorites regarding who goes next. Not coming back. Good luck!

I’ve been seeing Dr. Abushwereb for years. He's very thorough, kind and just a great doctor all in all.However, his reception staff seem to be lacking in knowledge of their reception duties. They don’t know how to book appointments correctly and when you think you’ve made one after speaking to the admin staff it turns out they didn’t schedule it at all.This is beyond frustrating, especially if you’ve taken the time off of work to see the doctor.  The receptionists need to learn better organization skills and how to manage patient appointments better.They also need to practice patient confidentiality. They’ve released information to me in regards to a family members future appointment. That information shouldn’t have been released to me. Confidentially should be the main focus when working in a medical setting. This is something they really need to work on, since it’s happened on more than one occasion.

Consistently frustrating to deal with. In the past I’ve waited 2 hours to be seen when I had an appointment. Recently I had a horrible migraine that wouldn’t go away, I had already been to emergency once and was recommended to see my family dr by health link.The clinic told me to get a COVID test first, I was negative and called to book. They refuse to see me and asked me to stay at home for 10 days.I’m very upset as I have a negative test and a recommendation by health link to see my doctor but they won’t.

Walkin today today to this location. Very knowledgable and friendly staffs in the front. Since I am a walkin patient, I waited for about 30 minutes which is acceptable. Very knowledgable doctors and good interaction with the patients. Very good experience. Very clean and tidy patient rooms. Highly Recommend this place.

DO NOT come to this Clinic. I had an appointment for 5:15 today, showed up at 5 and sat among others waiting for appointments as well. Multiple people in the clinic had appointments set for as early as 4PM and were still sitting and waiting past 6PM! Great receptionists but zero appreciation for anyone's time, not to mention the Clinic being unsanitary

Dr. Zayed is phenomenal. He's very knowledgeable and explains things in a way that you can understand and he takes your concerns seriously.I have had minor issues with reception, but considering how much stress the health care system is under, I can excuse it all, especially after how kind they've been to me when they really didn't have to be. Even when the wait is long, I will still go to this clinic because they treat me like a human. I am so glad I started coming here, because I finally feel like my health is under my control amd it's thanks to Dr. Zayed and his staff.

Old front desk ladies were amazing... these new women are very unfriendly, and ignorant.. finding a new family Dr to avoid contact with the unpleasant reception.

I have been going to this place since 2015 and my family Doctor is Dr. Tareg Zayed. He is very knowledgeable and informative doctor. He is very nice and has always helped me and my family get the best medical care. I strongly recommend him. Even the front reception staff is very nice and friendly.
