Dr. Dua will not listen seen her for 6 years ruined my life. Dr. Kallis mental health clinic changed my life in 2 years. Dr dua will not make time for you and push pills. Not impressed

Reliable, professional, and caring. The individual doctors get much higher ratings than the clinic seems to on Ratemds. I've been going for thirteen years now for a chronic condition.

I feel like Dr Dua just likes to prescribe anything. She had put me on so many medications that I almost died of serotonin syndrome. I switched doctors and now I'm doing better than ever.

I think Dr. Dua is a very nice lady and I think she tries her best to help as many people as she can. That being said I also think she has way too many patients and this ends up hampering a more personal and fulfilling experience while under her care.

Front desk woman is absolutely incompetent. They answer the phone 1 in 10 times on a good day. Very hard to schedule an appointment. Extremely long wait times to get in if an appointment ever gets booked.

I've been a patient of Dr Duas since 2004She is compassionate. She is great if you Are honest with hershe is very knowledgeable. Dua is resourceful in knowledge of new and older less common medication. Medications . I never had been previously offered / tried for anxiety and adult adhd. I like that she gave me alternative options that were available verse trying to push stimulating medications . I really like that she is patient and was willing to work with me at my own pace .. her office needs updated it's kind of got a funky smell but the receptionist is welcoming inviting and helpful very approachable highly recommend

It's the only Psychiatry clinic in Red Deer, so yes the booking times are a long time out. The building is a little old and showing it's age.The doctors and staff have been wonderful.
