I will highly recommend Puppy Parlour grooming. My dog has been going for years now and always get a great cut and comes out beautifully done. The owner Sonya is a wonderful lady who you can tell loves dogs and I always feel safe leaving my dog with her. 5 Star rating for Sonya...

Very friendly, very Accommodating.

Sonya is the best! My little Rosie will not go anywhere else. Sonya genuinely cares for her fur clients & it shows! I took my little Rosie to a different groomer before I found Sonya, & she was traumatized after. Not so with Sonya, Rosie gives her kisses. Rosie is getting elderly & does not want to stand anymore, & Sonya accommodates her. Now Sonya's husband is working with her & can lift big dogs to be bathed!

First visited today with my yorkie. She needed nail trimming only, because she had really long nails. The groomer was really friendly, and nice, it was pretty obvious that she likes animals. I could wait there till she finished the work with my dog. It was about 15 minutes. At the end of the process she told me that if I see blood around my dogs paw, it is because she cut into the vein of one of her nail... I thought that is okay, it happens...however that is why I wanted to use professional service, instead of doing myself at home, the last thing I want is cause any harm to my dog. After we got home my dog started to lick both of her hindlegs, and I checked it. I saw that more than one nails were affected. I was trying to be understanding, but my dogs nails are bleeding and she is hurting and I am really sorry for her. All in all, I feel that the service we got was not professional and I am not sure we will visit again.
