Fantastic work done by Matthew on a clogged kitchen drain. Called Caper in the morning and left a message, Matthew called back within a half hour or so and was onsite that afternoon. He kept in touch about his e.t.a which was greatly appreciated with an infant in the house! He was very efficient in his work and had our drain cleaned and flowing smoothly within minutes! I called Matthew 5 minutes before his close hours, he took the time to hear my issue, ensured I didn't have the water to my house shut off or an uncontrolled leak (otherwise he would have come immediately), and scheduled an appointment the next day.He was on time, knowledgeable and very friendly. Matthew was wonderful during this last cold snap when it seems everyone's pipes were freezing. While some plumbers were saying they were booked for the next few days Matthew made it all the way out to Standard to help. He kept us apprised of his schedule and arrival time. Additionally we needed parts not anticipated and he was able to come up with a creative solution to fix it anyway.
