Fantastic gym, tons of weight, barbells, kettlebells, dumbells , great conditioning machines from bikes and rowers to treadmills and stair climbers. Great enviroment. 24 hour access. Fantastic training opportunities.

I have been a member since day 1 and absolutely love it here! Typically I do my own training but there is also a personal trainer who is such a great asset for the gym! The atmosphere is so good and the variety of equipment is perfect. Spin class is a must to try! And the red light therapy is a really cool feature for recovery!

Incredible space with everything you could want in a gym! Free weights, kettlebells, cardio equipment and spin classes and much more. Great community and local ownership makes this hands down THE gym to be a part of if you're serious about getting results.
