The staff are friendly and helpful. Their prices are excellent. I just bought my third electric shaver from them. They sell them cheaper than anywhere else. Would highly recommend for small electrical appliances as well. Bought a multi cooker there for half the price. Works amazing.

We bought a robot vacuum from here last week. When we came home and opened the box, we saw that the machine was used, we put it back in the box without touching it, and I went to the store to return it, I explained the situation, the lady working there wanted to give a store credit that they can't return due to their policy. I said I don't want anything from you, I want my money back. She said she needed to talk to owner, but the owner of the store definitely did not want a refund. After the phone calls, the lady said she couldn't do anything, she could call security, so I said call security, we're just talking here, I explained the situation to you very politely, you sold me a used machine, I just want you to return the money…After 45 minutes, they returned the money. I definitely recommend you not to buy anything from here, they sold us the used product very clearly, instead of apologizing, I spent 45 minutes to get a refund, I definitely recommend you not to shop here.I would like to say to the store owner that if there are used products you sell, you should show flexibility in your no return policy.

Went to get a Dyson heater and there was a few options. Employ who served me was very helpful and gave me the information I needed to make the right choice. Price was great! I will be back to buy a vacume.

Horrible service I was asking for assistance and this female working June 28 afternoon completely ignored me.I sure hope that the owner sees my review so that this female gets in trouble for her bad attitude.

I got a Dyson Vacuum from this place which I love and use everyday! The Sales Rep Robert was extremely helpful. He explained everything in detail and was truly passionate about it. He mentioned he's been working there for many many years and you can tell that he loves what he does. I popped by today as a pot/pan set caught my eye. Whoever is the lady that works there with the long blonde hair is an absolute pleasure not only in greeting me when I entered but came right over to help me figure out the pan set.As it turned out after her completely opening one vox to answer my question it was not exactly what I was looking for. However I will most certainly be back to shop for other items because of her help.

I purchased a Dyson vacuum and a T Fal iron here yesterday. Prices were amazing but what impressed me more was the service. Mohammed was friendly and he is like an encyclopedia. He knows all the specs of everything in the store off by heart. He explained to me the differences between the products I was looking at, clearly explained warranties, what is refurbished and by whom, and even honoured a price match to another retailer. Recommending this store to anyone looking to outfit their home with quality appliances without paying big box store markups.
