Its confusing for the Most part and pretty pricey to say the least and the parking security aren't friendly and don't like do there job or being helpful.

Needed a handicapped spot, found one but there was a huge puddle of water that made getting out of the vehicle and back in again difficult for the passenger. We parked there because only the driver was exiting.

Parking lots are great! The AHS parking app makes it easy to pay. The reason for 3 stars is the main entrance pick up and drop off is always congested. It needs to be a better and bigger area, the curb could also be sloped along that whole area instead of just 2 spots, easier access with wheel chairs and people who can't lift there legs that high. I'm sure that there must be a better way to create a great experience for people that need this service.

CDC has declared COVID is done, the pandemic is over so why force people to still wear masks and not go back to pre-pandemic policies? Make mask wearing optional but forcing people to wear them at this point seems like a control and power issue!

Great parking, but please justify to me why we have to pay for parking to visit a hospital. We need hospitals, we don't need Walmart's and yet we get free parking there.

Screw you and pay for parking... what the hell is the parking structure for? Sign at the entrance says employees only"... can we get new administration and planning on these things?"
