I have been going to the lunch classes at 2110 Fitness for the better part of a year. I joined with a friend and it’s been such a great experience. The trainers are awesome, the atmosphere is relaxed, and the other members are great. I honestly couldn’t imagine going anywhere else.

I have been training with Stu for the past few months and I have seen a significant improvement in my fitness level and concussion rehab.Stu is very knowledgeable and attentive to his clients' needs. He takes the time to understand your fitness goals, and health concerns or limitations and creates a personalized workout plan that is tailored to your needs. Training with Stu has allowed me to work out pain-free, which is something I have been working towards for years.I appreciate how Stu pushes me to my limit while still protecting me from my natural tendency to overdo things and ensuring that I am comfortable and working out safely with the exercises. Stu is very positive and encouraging and makes himself available for questions, concerns and pep talks, which has helped me achieve results that I never thought were possible.Not only does Stu create an amazing, judgement-free environment at the gym to work out, but all the other trainers at 2110 are friendly and welcoming, making you feel right at home.Overall, I highly recommend Stu and 2110 to anyone who is serious about achieving their fitness goals. They are a top-notch personal trainer who truly cares about their client's success.Thank you Stu for your dedication and support!

I've been going to the lunch class at 2110 Fitness for just under a year now and feel the best I have in years. Jhes and Cory are very knowledgeable and always make the workout fun and challenging. They will tailor exercises for injuries or add an extra challenge if you want it.The true coach app is an added benefit where you can track your progress and view past/upcoming workouts.I highly recommend 2110 fitness for all fitness levels, even if you've never tried weightlifting, this gym is the place to go!

After recovering from 4 Crossfit-related injuries I had a hard time finding other Group Fitness classes with the movements and challenges that I like. The resistance-training focused programming at 2110 is superb! Cory & Jhesica are excellent trainers, and the small class sizes provide the opportunity for them to give specific advice on form and technique. Highly recommended.

I started working out to help prevent work injury, and honestly Jhes has been pivotal in helping me stick with it! I feel so much stronger and I appreciate that she worked with me to figure out what my goals actually are instead of just the usual “do cardio until you pass out” Schtick. Her expertise makes me feel like I’m pushing myself, but I never feel like I’m out of my limit or veering into dangerous territory. I like that my exercises are functional and genuinely have made a huge difference in the way I feel in my body!

2110 is amazing! I’ve been working with them for years now. I’ve done their classes, worked with a personal trainer one on one and now doing the remote personal coaching option with Stu. Everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable and every workout has been challenging and keeps me coming back.Stu has been such a pleasure to work with so far, he makes sure I know what I’m doing and if I have any issues he is quick to offer help or modifications. Such a positive gym experience all around!

I have been training with Cory for just over a year now and I have seen so many great changes in my strength, my stamina and my overall well-being. The gym atmosphere is relaxed and friendly, and Cory's personalized programs are the right mix of challening and fun. He's as stoked as I am about meeting and surpassing my goals, and he's always ready to cheer me on or laugh at my shenanigans. I highly recommend this gym to anyone who asks.

2110 is my go-to gym for a well-rounded fitness experience. Their drop-in workout sessions always present a dynamic challenge, and are super supportive for all levels of fitness.Jhes has been my personal trainer on and off for the past five years, and always creates workouts that are tailored to my specific goals, while pushing me to challenge myself in new ways. I've been able to build back my strength from a chronic injury thanks to her help.I'd definitely recommend 2110, whether you're just beginning your fitness journey or you're a seasoned weightlifter. There's something for everyone!

I just started at 2110 a few weeks ago with my new personal trainer Jhesica, she makes every workout fun and is very encouraging. She has taught me a lot about nutrition and weightlifting in the short amount of time I have been training with her and I look forward to learning more. Jhesica is a great coach and I'd recommend her to anyone looking to improve their overall health and fitness.The owner introduced himself the first time I was there which is always a good sign when starting at a new gym, feeling welcomed is very important to me.
