I chose Stacy Howell to represent me in my separation/divorce proceedings because I needed a specialist in the field of collaborative family law. Some research into her credentials and her involvement in the field of collaborative law convinced me that this was the person I would need on my team. And so, after an initial consultation, she was hired.Needless to say, with our first meeting, I had a lot of concerns and fears. But it became quickly evident that Tracy was a seasoned and very capable lawyer. She assembled a team of experts for us to deal with the financial aspects of property-splitting as well as a moderator to assess our feelings/emotions and to keep the process as smooth as possible and on track for a successful resolution. I initially balked at the involvement of so many people but it became clear that these folks were necessary to help the process progress at a good pace, especially with the complicated finances.Ms. Howell has a commanding, yet pleasant, soft-spoken tone to her voice and keeps eye contact with you the entire time things are being discussed. Her attention to detail is superb. She exudes confidence and quickly demonstrates that she's listening and acting in the best manner possible on your behalf. Her positive outlook is conveyed at all times, making the process far less dark and foreboding than would otherwise be expected. I found her manner very reassuring.The meetings, division of property, the separation and setup for the eventual divorce was handled in an amazingly short 5 months at a cost I felt was reasonable. She is not a lawyer who will waste time just to bill you at every opportunity and in fact, is quite the opposite, being very cognizant of the fees she charges and keeping meetings and phone calls concise and to the point. I felt some surprise when the entire affair was completed in such a short span of time.When all was said and done, I was very pleased with the quality of her work and I doubt I could have found anyone better to represent me. Tracy, and her staff (Cynthia), are consummate professionals and I recommend the service they provide without reservation.

I would highly recommend Stacy when dealing with Separation matters. She provided sound, well grounded advice and took the initiative to drive the agreement to a conclusion. She was always responsive to questions and provided solutions in a timely fashion. She dealt with me in a very professional manner.

If there was more stars to give her I would give her. Although she couldn't help me with my case, as my case had a higher chance of going to court. She was very honest and I felt very comfortable talking to her. She did assist me by giving me few other lawyers name. Appreciate. I would keep her name for any other matter definitely.

Stacy was my guiding light during a very difficult time. I followed her guidance and her direction and I came out in a much better position than I ever thought possible. It was like a having a security blanket around me knowing that I had Stacy on my team and taking care of me and my best interests.
