I first came across The Small Social Co when they presented at a business event that I was attending. I was very impressed with their knowledge and ability to be flexible with any business that they work with. Since that time, I've asked them to manage social media at two businesses where I've worked. I love that it is one aspect of my work that they manage end to end. They are consistently organized with monthly editorial calendars, analytics and monthly meetings with me. Yet, they are also always available for urgent matters and addressing things as they come up in social media. They've been able to grow all of our platforms, and surpass expectations in a couple of them.
