Invested In You - John Beddome

Slum lord, worst rental experience I have ever had. Over the past nine months we have had at least 6 weeks without heat and hot water. The place is poorly maintained and when issues are brought to his attention he blatantly ignores them. I have taken my issues to the landlord and tennant board, he refuses to return their calls. Above all he shows up in an orange Mercedes Benz and tells me my place is warm enough for me my 6week old son and my wife when it is only 5* Celsius. My family and I are now living in a hotel he refuses to pay for, and looking for alternative accommodations. Don't be fooled like us.
