great experience!! the weather took a turn and started thunder storming and we were delayed about 30 minutes. the owner was kind enough to offer everyone free passes for a return visit. I can’t wait to go back!

I had a very negative experience. I decided to bring my younger sister here and we were both very excited. As a plus size person, I am always anxious about these types of activities because often there are weight limits or other things that would prevent me from enjoying myself. I noticed there was a life jacket requirement, and that they were provided. I emailed them to inquire about sizing for the life jackets, over a week before I planned to attend. They responded and said that their sizes go up to 5X. Seeing as I wear 3-4 X at most stores, I thought I would be ok. However, I emailed to ask about measurements, just in case. No response.Then, as I was fîlling out the waivers, one of them glitched and sent to an email when all I had done was type « r » in the email box. I couldn’t undo or unsend that. I emailed back again to inquire about getting another waiver sent to me to fill out, no response.Between the two issues I sent about 6 or 7 emails in a week and called about 10 times, all within business hours, and it left me on hold for about 5 minutes before saying « The person you are trying to reach cannot answer the phone right now, please try again later »I ended up just giving up and saying that I would deal with it when I got here. I was able to fill out the second waiver. However, when it came to life jackets, their 5X didn’t fit me. One of the clips could not be done up. If they had sent the measurements like I’d asked, this all could have been avoided. They ended up saying « it’s fine, you can go in like that » but after about 3 minutes of swimming, one of the other clips gave out and snapped. This was the only 5X life jacket they had.Overall, extremely disappointed. My sister had a blast on the park but I paid full price to sit and watch. I normally don’t write negative reviews like this, but seeing as I could not get ahold of anyone to complain, this will have to do. I do not expect everywhere to be size inclusive, but if they had answered my several emails and calls, I could have either not bought a pass for myself or brought my own life jacket. It’s embarrassing enough as is. Will not be returning.

Staff Rebecca and Andra were very helpful when our grandson hurt his foot while playing on the slides. We truly appreciated their prompt attention and follow up. Gore Bay location is definitely a fun place, not to be missed!

A fantastic addition to the Bell Park waterfront! It is a great way to spend some time in Sudbury. Loads of parking, a short walk to the office, organized and orderly check-in and beautiful new equipment. The price of admission is fair and it was was a lot of fun. Highly recommended whether you're a local or a visitor.

Totally upset with this place took a uride and spent over $50 bucks to get brought to a building on berrydown road and another $45 to the other location thats online still the incorrect place and Than another $50 back to the hotel not being from the area this is upsetting and there is no other way to find out where this place is as noone awnsers the number on the site was my son's birthday and we wasted what money we had for activitys driving around in a uride lookking for this place thanks for nothing maybe you should adjust the information on Google becsue 1177 Barry Downe Rd #204, Greater Sudbury, ON P3A 3V4 is not the address of your buiness as posted and if your not from sudbury your not going to know where the he'll bell park is or what part of thr park to even begin looking at very up

We brought our son here (5yo) and he loved every minute of it. There is one section that is geared toward bigger kids and adults but the rest of the park was just challenging enough fo my little guy. What a great experience and an excellent confidence booster. We have been twice now and he just had even more fun the second time. We will be back for sure. Don’t hesitate to give this a try it was definitely worth it.

Brought the family here and it was amazing. You can see the smiles on everyone there and how everyone is having the time of their lives. It gives you great exercise while having fun. Definitely would bring the family again.
