Waiting three weeks for a package. Send multiple inquiries to them to find out what's going on. Got a response every time. The response sender name is different each time but the message is EXACTLY THE SAME! Can't give a great review on Customer Service that doesn't exist. This company is a joke. Don't order from companies that use these guys for shipping.... Maybe your order will arrive... One day. Or Not. Supposedly my package is expected to arrive today!!! Oh joy!! Wait a minute... Do they actually deliver on Boxing Day?? I dunno.....can't call them. Can't get a real person email. Should I go out and do something or should I wait at the window all day long like a dog waiting for its human to come home?? Will update this when and if my order arrives.

Have had a very poor experience with this delivery service so far. From my perspective they are very unreliable. Have had 2 back to back issues with TForce, first a package that was sent back after 2 attempts as I was not home, however no notice was left for me that a delivery was attempted, and there was no option for me to pick it up at a holding facility. This is mind boggling for a delivery company to not even leave a notice ... ?? Second has been a series of undeliverable" attempts

EDIT 2: why would your response be to give you my tracking ID when you lost my package after it sitting in your Victoria warehouse for 15 days?This is the worst company to ever deal with. My package has been sitting there for 14 days in the same city, saying access blocked. I live in a house and have cameras, they did not even try to deliver it, that was a lie. I keep calling in and one guy is saying my package is lost the other one is saying give 24 hours ok waited and nothing so I called again and it’s the same thing over and over and you can’t go pick up your package from there facility at all. They are not helpful at all. They are holding my package ransom or it is in fact lost and lying about “trying to deliver”. I got a rude email saying access was blocked and “hence.. we need access code” it’s a house in a regular neighborhood, what access code do you need? Do not under any circumstances use this company for any reason whatsoever.Edit 1: emailed me back and they in fact said they lost my package and I need to contact seller to get a refund. These guys are nuts. They are thieves, steal your packages and liars.

Apologize for the inconvenience. This is not the kind of experience anyone anticipates. Please share the tracking ID for the concerned package so we can investigate what happened and get back to you with a solution.No attempt at delivery, customer service was completely useless, lies about not having any access to my apartment. Apparently even though I've been getting packages here for over 10 years without problem, this company can't even walk up a flight of stairs or bother calling you if there's an issue.Cost me 150 bucks from adidas and a huge headache trying to get a refund.Stay away from Adidas.ca, they will use this godforsaken company only to have you shoes get returned to sender.

This company is either a scam or incompetent beyond belief. They do not deliver packages, and will not contact you if they have a problem.They will not buzz to be let into buildings. Supposedly they will only deliver to apartment building during regular business hours (but I don’t believe they attempt delivery at all). You cannot pick up packages from their warehouse. If you work regular hours and live in an apartment or condo, you will absolutely not receive your package.I called and emailed ten times times over the course of two weeks. By trial and error, I discovered their website will not allow you to use the words “you” or “I” in communications. They told me they “couldn’t find” our giant, clear, alphabetical buzzer list, so I gave them the code. They still couldn’t do it. Then they assured they could leave it outside my building, and they couldn’t even handle that. My package was returned to sender after being “out for delivery” four times in two weeks. They didn’t tell me it was sent back, or even list it in the tracking details, I had to email yet again and ask.If this was not the experience you want your customers to have, your company would do something to change its practices.(Also, look up reviews in other cities. There are reports of them throwing packages in the garbage.)

Like many of these comments I've had the same issues. Package was suppose to be delivered and wasn't due to not having access which was complete bs as I stayed home all day to receive the package and they had my phone number and apartment buzzer. Called customer service which was super rude and unhelpful even got yelled and at and hung up on. Then when it got delivered it was left in the middle of my entryway where anyone could take the package. I really wish big companies would boycott this delivery service. It is absolutely horrible! Hope I never have to deal with them again.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. If I could give 0 stars I would :/Please learn to reply with genuine help, and not just a scripted email reply. I received the same email from your company 3 times from different people. It was clear no one was reading my replies and the last email I received told me my package was being sent back to the sender. I have spoken to them and have opted for a refund from them instead of having to go through this with you again. I hope DHL finds someone else to transfer their packages to.

This was the first time that the retailer has selected this company for the delivery of my items. Called on the second day of the estimated delivery time to inquire about my order and was assured that it would be delivered on the same day - it wasn’t. Called on the third day and was assured that it would be delivered on the same day and sure enough - it wasn’t. Emailed company’s customer service department twice with no response. 8 days into the order - no emails, calls, response or attempts of delivery from this courier. Eventually called the retailer and canceled the order requesting the refund and a removal of this company from my delivery providers. At no point of dealing with this company the customer service offered a response, apology or showed any attempts to improve my experience as a customer. Would not recommend.

UPDATED: This company has had my package for over 40 days. I've called the shipper, I've messaged TForce a dozen times. It's still in the original sort facility. Never moved once 40 days, they maintain it's being delivered"
