If you are going to trap people in the drive-through for HALF AN HOUR, close the walk-ins. Baby screaming his head off and they got the order in front of us as well as ours wrong, but somehow had ours already sitting long enough that my food was basically cold?Just close if you can't handle being open on a holiday. It isn't hard to manage a coffeeshop people, come on.

I ordered a coffee this morning, and mistakenly ordered the wrong size. Without hesitation the barista remade my drink and gave me the other one to save for later. Every time I go in she’s always so nice! I didn’t see her name but she was tall and had short hair!

very disappointing experience. I have always had fairly good service here until today. Went into the store as no customers inside and 2 cars in the drive through. They served at least 4 cars at the drive through before serving us. They told me that they give priority to the drive through customers .So we had to wait until all of the drive through customers had been served before we got our turn. Then they laughed at me when I told them that it was very bad service. Is this really how you want to run your business?
