I booked with Lucky to be here this morning to do the move. Put a $200 deposit down and he was a no show. I tried calling the two phone numbers listed for him and no answer. I would've appreciated it if he was upfront and honest to let me know if he had the capacity to follow through and I'm saying it nicely here. This doesn't even deserve a star. Also, I haven't received my deposit back.

The crew did a great job with my recent move. Loaded and unloaded in under 3 hours. Nothing was damaged. Would definitely hire Quality Movers again.

Moving is one of the most stressful things in life. Quality movers executed a complex move for me, from Vancouver to the Okanagan. They were flawless. I have moved a lot in my life and they provided me with the best experience ever, absolutely stress free and professional. Highly recommended.

Did not show up. At all. Would not reply to any calls or messages. The most unprofessional approach to running a business I've ever seen. Just garbage.

We had a fantastic experience with Dave and the team he hired to help load and unload. Moving is a stressful experience and Dave made it quick, easy and fun. We moved from Coquitlam BC to Airdrie AB and everything was loaded and unloaded within 4 days and damage free. Thanks Dave :-)

Moved provinces, the crew was fast, efficient and very careful with the belongings and moving around walls. Couldn’t have asked for an easier move. Easily recommend to anyone. 12/10

The “owner” is Lucky’s girlfriend. It was a nightmare. We booked based on personal recommendations of when Luke managed the business. We didn’t realize things had changed so poorly.

Booked a time for a move, they didn't show up. Didn't answer any calls or give a reason why. We had sea cans that were booked to be moved that we had to fill ourselves with barely any time to do so, and without the people to do so. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
