Excellent craftsmanship, this is the second times that they worked on my two damage vehicles, fixing after an accident. I would recommend them to anyone who are looking at getting their vehicles fixed by professionals. Kudos CSN!

After a couple of mix-ups I dropped my car this morning at CSN just after 8am, had a very good conversation with Robyn the owner. I was called a little after 4pm to pick up the car, it was inside, and the work that was done was excellent, on top of this they had cleaned the car inside and out it looked great, unfortunately it was raining outside so the outside didn't stay clean for long. Robyn took the time to go over things with me and I appreciated it, and his price was more than fair, and I told Robyn I very much appreciated everything, I strongly recommend Robyn and his team at CSN Embrun.

I just picked up my car on September 15th, 2022 and the owner, Robin, went over and above, with his team, to make sure all touch-up repairs were completed exceptionally well. I initially had issue with their estimator, Cyle, and his revisions to the estimate, but Robin made everything right. I am delighted with the job! Highly recommend this local collision repair centre.

I was rear-ended in a drive thru in my truck, and had damage to my rear bumper, hitch assembly and tailgate. CSN made the process much easier than I anticipated, and the repair was faster than originally quoted! They also provided me with a rental suitable for my needs. Truck looks good as new! I really hope I don't need come back for any of my vehicles, but if I do need repairs, this is where I'm taking them! I am writing this review nearly 8months after the repair, and the the parts look as good as the day I left their shop.

I brought my suv in for rust damage on the roof. Within 7 days the vehicle was back in my possession and in perfect condition. Not only did they fix the body, but they also detailed the inside!!! Amazing service

If you need body work preformed on your car/Truck this is the only shop you should consider! Friendly, efficient, easy to talk with,returns calls/give updates. One of the few shops with a dedicated aluminum workshop for cars/trucks. I've used them 3 times , sent family to them. No one I trust more when it comes to autobody work !They have rentals also so one stop insurance shop. I can't say enougff about this family own and run businessWe ran out of rental with our insurance and owner lent us his own car!!! (Insurance took a long time to decide what they wanted to do not shops fult we ran out of rental)10 out of 10.

If there was a 6 star option they'd get it. Incredible service! Polite, courteous, and professional. We had a small dent in the rear of our vehicle, they completed the work in a timely fashion, provided a rental, and detailed/washed the vehicle when we got it back. I had to do a double take, I thought I was in a new van! I am definitely going to recommend CSN in Embrun for any body work in the future. Thank you for an excellent experience!

CSN Embrun can't be beat! After getting hit in my Chrysler 300 I needed a tow, repairs and a rental car. CSN Embrun took care of everything. I absolutely love my car and got it back in better condition than before the accident. The even cleaned the interior! The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable, especially the girls in the front...who had to take multiple calls from me looking for updates ;) Thanks CSN, I definitely recommend!

Through the years I have used CSN Embrun's services on multiple vehicles ranging from a 3 year old to a 14 year old. I would not bring my car anywhere else. I am very particular with my vehicles and every time, I have been 100% satisfied. The little details count for me. Robin and his crew deliver every time.
