NAPA does not back up their sales of parts when they tell you this is the part you need, sell it to you only to find the Napa pro mechanic goes to put it in and finds it’s the wrong part number after he opens the container. Has to order the right part and NAPA Won’t take back the part for refund. Even Canadian Tire backs their products better. Sham on NAPA. Will shop elsewhere for my parts from now on. Thanks NAPA for nothing.

Worst customer serviceBought fuses and had to wait over 15 mins to get the items. Rep at till ignored me and helped other clients who came after me & when I got the items by same rep after 15 mins, he was super rude in responding.Didn’t had any respect for client waiting for 15 mins and response he gave felt like he was doing me a favor by giving me items.Never got that cold response along with rude tone in my life.

Shop here if you want incompetent people sourcing your parts. Asked for a Ford Edge Cabin Engine Filter and Steve sold me a Ford Flex’s despite being corrected twice, once on the phone and once in person. Showed up 5 minutes later after close and they refused to refund me despite their mistake.

awful customer service experience. i would put 0 stars if i could. the employees that we dealt with at the front counter were very rude. you also have to wait around the store while someone else goes to find the part which is not efficient at all. the employees at the counter were answering the phones while there was a line of customers in front of them. will never go back

The experience we had coming here for the first time was commendable. Staff were knowledgeable and if they didn't know, they did what they could to help or find out. We didn't feel up-sold and in fact we were recommended good products that were on sale. They also made us feel welcome to return any parts that we weren't sure we needed but bought anyway.

Their parts people are very hit or miss. Be prepared to supply your own part numbers. Best case they will try to find your part, but they also have counter people who dont want to or are unable look for a part. Forget trying to get anything that isnt spoon fed to them.

Long line. Staff going as slow as possible like no one else is there, then get verbally abused by staff because I didn’t park in the right place.
