Absolutely obsessed with this store and the staff. They introduced me to my favourite candles (Linnea's Lights) and never get bothered when (pre-covid) I stood in the store sniffing them for ages trying to decide on a scent.Super knowledgeable about their products as well. Bought paint from them and they walked me through the whole process of refurbishing my kitchen counter stools.Everything they have is incredibly and very friendly staff. Love supporting local shops like this!

Jennifer the owner was very pleasant when I first visited the store. She invited me to email her the measurements of my dining room wall and offered to make some suggestions of art pieces that could work. I emailed her 3 times AND paid 2 in-person visits to the store, where each time she had an excuse for not following up. I understand it's a busy time of year, so I really didn't mind too much. However, when I asked her for the one piece that I had told her I was interested in, she responded by saying that it was now sold. I've been waiting patiently for 2.5 weeks only to be told that the very piece I had my eyes on this whole time was now gone. I don't get it. Clearly she is not interested in my business. I wish she would have not offered to help because she didn't. I am highly disappointed. My advice, don't count on her services, no matter how friendly or apologetic she presents. She's clearly distracted. I won't be back. I'd rather support a small business owner who knows something about customer appreciation.

Beautiful stuff, particularly the fake flowers. I have also purchased rugs, framed art, candles and seasonal decor. Never been disappointed!

Jennifer helped us choosing some mineral paint and brushes for a small project. We painted our old pine bed and we ended up with what looks like a brand new bed. The ordering an curbside pickup worked perfectly.

extremely impressed with their customer service. The wrong brand of paint was sent to me but labeled same colour. They sent over another order of paint free of charge. Yes they took a hit doing this. But as customer this meant the world to me and I will definitely be ordering from them now on. I was extremely impressed with how awesome they were.
