First issue is that we weren’t greeted. We waited about 5 minutes before someone else walked in to place an order complaining that she’d been trying to call for 45 minutes. My mother spoke up and mentioned we’d already been waiting, but when the woman asked the cashier if he’d like to seat us before taking her order, he said “no”. My mother spoke up saying we had a reservation, but he took the woman’s order anyway. Once we did finally get seated, we waited around 10 minutes without any water or even a menu before we decided to leave. 20 minutes total of just about the worst service I’ve ever received

The peanut butter dumplings were great a month ago, this week it seems like they replaced the meat by cruchy cabbage. It wasn't good at all. The chicken chop suey came with no dried noodles as the described. Very disappointed.

Called at 4Pm for a pick up for 6:30 Pm . Got there and the one who took the call forgot to process the order . Instead of apologizing he said rudely ‘’ You have to wait 30 mins or cancel your order’’ ‘’ It’s rush hour you know ‘’ . It would have been faster if I ordered from KamShing in Cote Des Neiges . Better quality and better service . Never again .

I use to love the food here but since the change in ownership and chef (a few weeks ago), the food was very disappointing.It is currently family run. I hate to give it a poor rating and hope that they will be able to get their act together. The food badly needs improvement and the loud talking from the kitchen can be heard in the dining room (I was seated next to the front windows and understand Cantonese, so the talking" was the female owner scolding the cook to speed things up).The hot/sour soup was overly salty and had no notes of the hot/sour. The egg roll was overcooked but what needs improvement is the filling texture and it lacked seasoning. The fried noodle also lacked taste

Very generous portions, hot and tasty. Staff is very friendly and service is quick (of course it depends on what you order). Typical asian decord, nothing over the top. No reservations needed, but it does get pretty busy during rush hour. There's a large parking onsite. Satisfies your cravings for asian cuisine and would defiently go back.

The servers have no manners. We were having a big party and they just turned off the lights instead of asking us it is almost " closing time. The servers were throwing the food when serving. Absolute worst service! Not worth saying more."

When we walked in we were the only one, some people started coming after. Guy at the cash, unwelcoming. Doesn’t acknowledges customers coming in, not only us. Basic thing such as water is missing. Someone else has to get up see him to ask for water when he is standing behind the cash starring at the door. He just doesn’t looks like he wants to be there. Same guy serving all customers. Raised his tone saying “she already told me” when one of asked for a spoon without knowing another person already did. Ordered for 7 adults and 3 kids and the food came pretty quick. Server is nonchalant, dry with his responses or tone, seems like he is annoyed by presence or by making him work. Food was okay, bit to salty to our liking but that’s each their own. Rice was good though. I get big family with kids are a lot and loud. Usually only care how the food ends up but this guy is lacking the minimum expected in service. He needs help serving clients or just needs better training on customer service. Whoever comes here I wish them someone else is working that day.

I'm of Chinese origin, and whenever I feel like having some good authentic Chinese dishes, like how my Mom does, this is my go to place in the West Island. The seasoning and the taste is just on point!! Not too salty and not greasy at all!
