This is a great example of a shared, multiple use space that works. I love the variety of business here. I'm fortunate I live close by so I can easily walk, which is the way it should be. I love the old stairs that have been preserved for their historical significance. Thanks for that!

My mother died in an accident. She had a will. Her fiancee was the executor. He and his lawyer manipulated us long enough for him to cash out her life insurance and disappear. Ive tried everything...OPP, RCMP, Guelph Police, London Police, Legal aid, Probono Canada, Calling the MPP in Guelph... Everything.Everyone tells me the same thing.Ignoring a will is not a crime. It is a breach of contract. You have to hire a lawyer yourself

Warning: This place is NOT (any longer) at #10 McDonell St. (fooled me once)Having gotten that out of the way...There's always a helpful staff member at the door, directing you to the right floor/room.Parking is typical Guelph on-street (some days you may have have to walk a bit.It's in a very nice setting. The building is retro-cool.

What a fantastic community space for meetings, and collaboratives. Brilliant concept. Clean washrooms, lots of natural light, parking available all over downtown, walk to restaurants for lunches, or bring your own, with the mini Kitchen facilities.

A vibrant community space on four floors that also includes a rooftop patio. Great meeting and workshop space with plans for a shared community kitchen and event space that will give you access to the amazing views. 10C houses a variety of community organizations and it is a hub for social and environmental impact. Artwork by local artists is always exhibited in the main floor at the primary entrance.
