I've worked for skyline for years and lived in the building for longer I've always enjoyed living and working here at skyline

After living here for 11 years, I have to say that I have never been more comfortable. The residence manager is fantastic: they are responsive and on-the-ball, keeping the place spic-and-span and responding to the minor emergencies of apartment living. I've never had to wait longer than 24hrs for my concerns to be resolved and I can say that during this pandemic, they have never worked harder to keep the building sanitized. Thank you!

After living here for five years, my girlfriend and I purchased a house. I was told by the building manager that I only had to clean the oven and fridge before we left. After a two minute inspection, I got a letter from Skyline saying that I have to pay $2700 to replace the carpet because of “pet odour.” I was told that the carpet was being ripped out regardless of condition and being replaced. On top of this, over the years of living here, I had a bicycle stolen, a motorcycle stolen and the “security” door can be opened with a screwdriver. The doors, walls and ceilings are paper thin so if you like hearing angry couples shouting, babies crying and the elderly listening the Family Feud on full blast, you might enjoy living here. I would advise all others to stay far away for the sakes of their wallets and their sanity. I definitely do not recommend this place.
