Sunny helped me in the past then Tony helped me in last visit. They are very helpful, nice, polite and detailed. Luckily did not need to visit there in last 4 years.

First time I have repair work done here, the best experience I’ve ever had with body shop in greater Vancouver. Exceptional service, super good workmanship, and very efficient (repair completed just within 2 working days), at a very reasonable price. And we also got a courtesy car!

Took my car here for an ICBC claim after a collision. Tony was incredibly helpful and they did an amazing job with repairing my vehicle in a timely manner. I will definitely be returning here again if i am ever in need another repair.

Service was amazing! All the details regarding the insurance process and repairs were explained well and I didn't have to worry about anything. Knowing my car is handled by them puts my mind at ease. As a someone who doesn't know much about cars, these guys will do the job right in a precise and timely manner. My experience at this body shop has been nothing but pleasant. The mechanic, Tony, was very helpful throughout the whole process. He handled everything with ICBC so I did not have to do much.As for the accident, I was on the receiving end of a side swipe which tore off my left door paint. This shop was able to apply a new coat of paint and buffed up the door. I was really impressed by the overall job as it it was clean and it made my door look like it was brand new. The job also was very quick, taking less than 3 days and they were able to lend me a courtesy car while mine was in the shop.

Charlie's Auto Body is top notch. My father was involved in a minor motor vehicle accident in his older 1996 Honda Accord. At first I approached a larger shop for the repair and they advised that the rates that they charge could actually result in the car being written off. We did not want the vehicle written off as my father is a senior and familiar with the vehicle. When I went to see Tony at Charlie's, he was able to source the parts, fix and paint the bumper at a very reasonable price. The repairs were done quickly, and the workmanship was superb. Charlie kept us updated throughout the process and even went beyond by helping my father touch-up the rear bumper as well. Definitely recommend Charlie's Auto Body!
