Westland branches had always been good. Their staff were courteous, knowledgeable and helpful ... Until I walked into the Burnaby Edmonds branch.Senior agent yelling across the room from inside an office to point out junior members's mistake and displayed indifferent attitude to customer. I doubt their newer staff were shared the necessary knowledge.or received proper guidance. The branch to avoid if you want to deal with this company.

Juan Garcia was very professional, quickly taking care of my insurance and doing so in a friendly and efficient manner. Juan also allowed me to practice a little bit of Spanish as I’m a new learner which was very nice. Overall, this was my best insurance experience I remember!

It was so easy to renew our truck insurance with Westland Insurance. They texted me a reminder a month out as well as a follow-up. When I called, I connected with Juan Garcia, who was professional, clear and helpful. I needed to get my odometer reading before finalizing my insurance, and when I called back, he was prepared and helped me to renew remotely. Such an easy process!

I do not post reviews as a rule… But in this case, I will make an exception. I just renewed my auto insurance over the phone for the first time ( I usually go into the office). The insurance agent who processed my claim was Shikha Girdhar. she made the process completely painless and enjoyable. She was very knowledgeable and had an excellent manner. The whole thing was done in record time so I didn't even have to go into the office. First rate service. Thank you so much.
